Portret Erna en Jan

About us

Jan Metz (1961) began working as an architect after he studied Architecture at the Technical University in Delft (NL). In 1999 he started his own business working fulltime on his unique selling point: hand drawings. He calls himself a ‘spacial and explorative designer’ of projects in their own environment. He uses different perspectives when required in different architectural styles and always based on the history of the location.
Erna van Holland (1964) worked at several consultant offices in project management after studying Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technical University in Eindhoven (NL). In 2002 she started her own company with a focus on collaborations and participation in urban developments and education. Writing has always been a part of her work: minutes, articles, newsletters, columns, and a book. She is always searching for a story line worth telling.

They have travelled all their lives. Now they want to share their experiences with others.
They are especially interested in unexpected places and buildings where the background story is not immediately obvious and just asks to be uncovered.
